KATHREENA WILSON
BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC-MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER
Kathreena (Eena) was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, but grew up in Southern California before finding her way to the Central Valley. She is fluent in English and Bisaya, which is a native dialect of her hometown. She began her career in healthcare by working with memory care residents. She spent most of her years as a registered nurse at Kaweah Health's inpatient psychiatric unit while finishing her graduate studies at Walden University. She works with patients aged ten and older via telehealth and in-person sessions.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cats, traveling, training for half marathons, and drinking iced matcha lattes.
Joseph Jacob Mazzullo
BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC-MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER
Joseph (Jake) is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and is celebrating 30 years since entering the nursing profession in the U.S. Army. With a diverse background in trauma and critical care, Jake offers a unique perspective to our practice. Since becoming board-certified in psychiatry, his interests include addiction medicine, motivational interviewing, working with the veteran population, symptom management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Jake is also a proud father of a first-grader and offers a compassionate approach to patients aged thirteen and older via telehealth and in-person sessions.

He believes in a holistic and integrative approach to mental health, tailoring treatment plans to each patient's unique needs. Jake is committed to involving patients in their healing process, mental health counseling, and lets each patient know that "we work together" for the direction of their mental health.
